Feenix Venture Partners was established in 2017 to make strategic debt or hybrid investments in business-to-consumer, growth-oriented companies. As companies enter the early growth phase of their journey and are seeking capital to expand, they’re typically faced with expensive options, whether that be highly dilutive equity or fee and warrant heavy debt. Our unique investment model and flexible investment mandate allow us to structure competitive investments that are well aligned with the owners and stakeholders of our portfolio companies. 

Our debt investments have no prepayment penalties and no equity dilution and typically have longer terms, lower interest rates and fewer covenants and reporting obligations than other lenders.  We strive to allow our portfolio companies to focus on executing their business plan rather than be constrained by fundraising efforts.
